Make Up of The Day (MOTD)

Hello everyone, guess what? I am officially unemployed now. I graduated on Saturday, my parents warned me to stop laying around my bed watching movies and starts looking for informations about jobs, scholarships, trainings, etc while waiting for a call. But I already got in mind that I'm hopping I'm gonna be blogging a lot more in the mean time. Yay!

I told you guys before that I wanted to do my own make up for the big day, and I did. It took me almost an hour, because the joy of putting on make up always relaxes me and I got up super early anyway, in fact I wasn't even able to sleep I got up every 2 hours!. I have decided what I was going to use, I did try out the make up as well a few days before that, and I am so happy with the way it looked!. I watched so many videos in the past few weeks to give me inspiration on which look I'm gonna do, I ended up with this Wayne Goss Contour Like a Pro tutorial. And this was the finish look right after I got ready...

Sorry if the quality is crap and it definitely didn't show the true colors. I was rushing so I only got to take picture with my camera phone! I also forgot to take pictures with my eyes closed (-___-). Wayne only used a wash of shimmery eyeshadow on the lids for his model and nothing else, if I did exactly how Wayne did it, the make up probably would be done in 30 minutes, but I didn't stop there, somehow I decided to do a bit of smokey eyes, which ended up unseen on my hooded lids, also winged liner (I felt like I couldn't leave without my wings!). Now here's the list of products I used...

Face:
Tony Moly Face Mix Skin Make Up Base (Green)
Tony Moly Prestige Carat Cover Pact (Natural Beige)
Mustika Ratu Simply Stay Stick Foundation (Sweet Choco)
Rimmel Lasting Finish 25HR Foundation (200 Soft Beige)
Marcks Loose Powder (Creme)
Revlon Colorburst Balm Stain (Honey)
ELF Studio Contouring Blush & Bronzing Duo (St.Lucia)
ELF Studio Eyebrow Kit (Dark)
BH Cosmetics San Francisco Palette (Bright Coral Blush & Champagne Highlighter)

Eyes:

ELF Studio Eyebrow Kit (Dark)
Maybelline Brow Drama (Dark Brown)
BH Cosmetics San Francisco Palette
MUA Heaven & Earth Palette (Aurora)
Maybelline 24HR Color Tattoo (On and On Bronze)
Maybelline Eye Studio Drama Gel (Black)
Rimmel Scandaleyes Eyeliner (Nude)
Wet n' Wild Megalast Mascara

Lips:
Etude House Soft Auto Touch Lip Liner (Pink Beige)
Make Over Creamy Lust Lipstick (Clover Haze)

Yeah... that was a ton of product, it was a mess, fortunately not my face. I already bought a pair of wispy lashes too but the glue was dried! I tried everything to melt it down but it just couldn't work, the lashes would bump my glasses anyway, so yeah I had to go with piles of mascara only.

I'm so short I'm still buried by my tall friends even though I got high heels on!

I almost forgot to mention that I studied Mechanical Engineering. I'm the only one graduating this semester, the other one will be graduated next semester, and the total number of girls in my department could be easily count with fingers. That's why I didn't go with something super dramatic as I don't wanna be teased by the boys, beside the fact that super dramatic look is never my cuppa tea anyway. The lady who lives next door told me that my look was super soft, my sister loves it too, and some of the junior girls told me that I looked pretty (huge thanks to Wayne Goss), they even got me flowers and extra balloon!.

I had a blast, I didn't expect so many people would come. There were tears shed too, not from me, but from the guys.. they were so emotional!, while I could only smile, thanked them, and wished them the best. I know... it may sound heartless, but I do have a heart, I just don't get emotional easily. Well, this is by far the most personal post I ever made, I hope you like it and I wish you had a happy weekend as I did. Thank you so much for reading :)
